Senior HR Specialist (IT industry)
A. Main responsibilities & duties

Actively creating a pool of talents for sourcing through recruiting activities, social networking, and talent acquisition channels;

Mainly in charge of the recruitment process to hire the most suitable candidates for the company including screening, shortlist, culture interview, and reference checks;
-
Taking care of company employer branding;
-
Updating recruitment trends, channels, solutions to propose improvement on the recruiting process;
-
Initiating & organizing company activities to build up the company culture, and connect people;
-
Assisting Admin in day-to-day company operation and general administrative job;
-
Conducting staff onboarding for newly hired off boarding.
-
Other related tasks assigned by the Head of Operations.
B. Requirements

3 years+ of experience in the Talent Acquisition or HRBP role (preferred IT industry background)

Strong recruiting and networking skills;

Excellent people skills;
-
High sense of responsibility, focusing on solutions and results, having a positive and get-thing-done attitude.

Ability to take initiatives and ownership in work;
-
Desire to work in a Technology start-up and dynamic environment with high adaptation level;
-
BA/B.Sc. in HR management, social science, psychology is an advantage
