​General Accountant

A. Main responsibilities & duties

1. Account payable and receivable 

  • Follow up with suppliers and work with other relevant departments to collect, check and verify gaps in contracts, invoices and other documents before filing in the system.

  • Upload the payment to bank online with the approved payment schedule weekly/bi-weekly and clear payable accounts once finishing the payment.

  • Clear AR accounts once receiving payment from partners.

2. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and ensure all monthly/quarterly VAT, CIT reports, annual Financial Reports in compliance with tax regulations. Regularly reconcile book accounts with Tax Department and work with local tax office.

  • Liaise with tax authority, social insurance department and other relevant authorities when required.

B. Requirements
  • Educational level: Bachelor degree, majoring in Accounting or Finance

  • Required work experience: at least 3 years in General Accountant roles. 

  • English level: proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.

  • Good presentation and documentation skills.

  • Experience in Tech Industry, Start-up is plus.
